English: Das ist eine gemütliche WG mit drei separaten Zimmern am Ostentor. Jedes Zimmer ist insgesamt ca. 12-15 m2 groß.
Die WG hat eine kleine Küche, welche mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Mikrowelle).
Waschmaschine ist in der Küche vorhanden.
Wifi ist in der Wohnung selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Mit der U-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen.

* Stromverbrauch ist mit 50 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 50 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.

This three room student’s flat-sharing community is located in the city centre, in the Eastern part of the city.
The rooms are fully furnished and equipped: bed / a pull-out sofa bed, working desk and a chair, shelves, wardrobe.
The nice little kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, incl. a washing machine.
Wifi is available in the apartment.
The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by three persons in total.
You have excellent access with public transport (subway).

* Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 50 units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
