Normal kalt rent is 700 and more, but now reduced to 625 , excluding utilities and nebenkosten.

Complete set of utensils are provided too for asian style lavish cooking. It has microwave too.

You can rent it without utilities.(Gas, water, Electricity, Nebenkosten, Internet).
Nebenkosten is about 175EUR / month, that includes limited heating water & hearting system bills too,for certain specified amount, more usage will be charged etc..

There is option to have FREE parking in front of house on street area.
