Description:
For this apartment we are looking for an interim tenant or a couple for interim rent from September until probably the end of December/beginning of January. Our cozy apartment of about 53sqm on the 1st floor is characterized by a modern, stylish interior in a fantastic location. We offer:
The recently renovated old building apartment includes two attractive rooms, a bedroom, a living area, a renovated bathroom, a kitchen with a view of the quiet courtyard and a cozy, planted balcony facing the Mühlenkamp. The apartment has a renovated bathroom with shower (and towel radiator). In the living and sleeping area there are recently sanded floorboards, in the kitchen area high-quality vinyl flooring and in the bathroom tiles. The apartment has a fully equipped, bright fitted kitchen, including refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, all cooking accessories and a seating or dining area.
Particularly noteworthy is that due to the beautiful location directly on the Mühlenkamp, one of the hippest and greenest corners of Hamburg, you are surrounded by all shopping (including Edeka, Penny, Budni, organic food stores), shopping, medical offices and a variety of hip restaurants, cafes (Elbgold, bean there, public coffee roasters and many more) and bakeries, all within walking distance. In addition, the close proximity to the Alster lake gives you many options for wonderful walks and bike rides. Fitness studios are within walking distance or by bike. The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city by bus via the HVV, so 5 bus lines are just two minutes walk away.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a nice tenant or a couple for interim rent, who knows how to lovingly handle our apartment. Our apartment is not suitable for flat-sharing. Of course, everything may be used, but we expect to take back the apartment in the condition in which we left it. This implies, for example, the integrity of the floors and all (technical) equipment, furniture, walls (moisture, mold, etc.). We are very happy to contact you and realize everything else!
