Our 49 sqm One-Bedroom Suites with balcony for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen and a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) and a private balcony, which you can access via the bedroom. In the living room you will also find a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV, which can sleep two more people. The room layout is rounded off by your own bathroom with a floor-deep shower, so you feel right at home. In case of dirty laundry, you also have the option to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for a stay with us.Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking.
