Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month. The pictures of the bedrooms and bathrooms are representative.The apartment is right next to the Nymphenburgerstraße, where you can find everything you need - from restaurants and cafes to shops and supermarkets. The train station is also just across the street. The totally restored building offers a nice atmosphere, from the beautiful entrance to the high ceilings and modern furniture in all rooms.
