English: The stairwell was completely renovated in 2019. The apartment was renovated in 2020. A driveway leads to an inner yard with 2 parking spaces and a small green area. One parking space belongs to the apartment. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor (ground floor).

It is an apartment to feel good, especially after a hard day at work. The apartment has been completely renovated, fully furnished and equipped including dishes, bed stuff and towels. So you can move in straight away. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi are, of course, just as included as a washing machine in the laundry room one floor below. However, this is also used by the part in the basement.

The house is in a quiet location (second row) near the subway (3 min. Walk) and the center of Stuttgart-Wangen (10 min. Walk)
The connection to the expressways B10 and B14 can also be reached quickly.
German: Das Haus wurde im laufe der Jahres gut gepflegt. Das Treppenhaus wurde 2019 komplett saniert. Die Wohnung wurde in 2020 frisch saniert. Über eine Einfahrt gelangt man in einen Innenhof mit 2 Parkplätzen und einer kleinen Grünfläche. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in der Hochparterre (Erdgeschoss).

Es ist eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, vor allem nach einem anstrengendem Arbeitstag. Die Wohnung wurde komplett Saniert und vollständig möbliert inkl. Geschirr und Bettwäsche sowie Handtüchern. So dass Sie direkt einziehen können. Kabelfernsehen und WLAN mit hohe Geschwindigkeit gehören selbstverständlich genauso dazu wie eine Waschmaschine im Waschraum eine Etage tiefer. Diese wird allerdings von der Partei im UG mit genutzt.

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage (zweite Reihe) nahe der U-Bahn (3 min. Fußweg) und ins Zentrum von Stuttgart-Wangen (10 min. Fußweg)
Der Anschluss an die Schnellstraßen B10 sowie B14 sind auch schnell erreichbar.
