Durch die vorteilhafte Lage der Wohnung kann alles für den täglichen Bedarf innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Einzelhandel, Baumarkt etc.). Mit dem nahe gelegenen ÖPNV (S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus) sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Stuttgarter sowie Ludwigsburger Hbf. Nach Zuffenhausen (Porsche) sind es sogar nur 5 Minuten. Das beliebte Ausflugsziel Höhenpark Killesberg mit Blick über ganz Stuttgart ist mit dem Fahrrad auch in10 Minuten erreichbar.

Due to the advantageous location of the apartment, everything for daily needs can be reached within 10 minutes on foot (supermarket, pharmacy, retail, hardware store, etc.). With the nearby public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus) it is only 10 minutes to Stuttgart as well as Ludwigsburg main station. To Zuffenhausen (Porsche) it is even only 5 minutes. The popular excursion destination Höhenpark Killesberg with a view over the whole of Stuttgart can also be reached by bike in 10 minutes.

OLD BUILDING CHARM WITH MODERN EQUIPMENT

Due to the 2.8m high ceilings and the numerous triple-glazed windows, the apartment is flooded with light and very quiet. Combined with the completely new furnishings, the apartment is in a unique condition. The high-quality wooden flooring additionally enhances the feeling of space. The kitchen incl. electrical appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) as well as WC & bathroom were also completed only in early 2022. Next to the kitchen is a balcony facing the courtyard (south side). In the apartment is an iron with ironing board and in the basement a washing machine for free use. In the courtyard there is a possibility to store bicycles safely and dry.
