The cozy studio apartment is stylish and warm at the same time and offers you a relaxed atmosphere in your temporary home. Your kitchen is equipped with Alessi cutlery and crockery, a kettle, microwave and stove. For stays of 28 nights or more, a welcome package awaits you for the first evening, bringing you close to our Italian heritage. You can work in the apartment or in the "Salone" - the common area on the first floor. Here you can also relax, read, meet with neighbors or friends. A small conference area is available for meetings. We guarantee your privacy and clean your apartment once a week (with linen change). Our "Lavanderia", the laundromat with machine and dryer is at your disposal at any time (for a fee). During office hours, a team will take care of all your needs, check-in is done digitally via the Hotelbird app and is possible 24/7.
