UI/UX Designer – Data-Driven Applications (m/f/d)

Your focus is spearheading discovery with a clear emphasis on UX, while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance the UI.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are the UI/UX lead for all tools used in vehicle purchase and vehicle sales (remarketing). You are passionate about UX and embrace the core principles of Product Design, ensuring that collaboration and human-centered design are at the heart of everything we do. You are the key liaison to the central UI team, focusing your UI capacity where Gen-AI-driven solutions cannot be leveraged or for pre-final-release quality checks. You champion exceptional user experience beyond tools alone by advising analytics colleagues pre-final releases of top management dashboards and Excel reports. You create and review design artifacts (with focus on prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes evolving from AI mid-fidelity outputs) and push the boundaries of rapid product development.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience: You have several years of proven UX/UI design experience - ideally for internal tools in a data-driven business environment - and feel confident leading design from concept to completion for multiple tools simultaneously.

Strategic Mindset: You are business-savvy and results-driven, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Mindset: You bring drive and a willingness to take full ownership, thriving in a dynamic environment where trust and responsibility go hand in hand.

Tools: You have expertise in industry standards (Figma) but constantly seek the best tool for each job - especially when it comes to AI solutions (e.g., Magic Patterns).

Language: You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
