Role: Mitarbeiter (all genders) in Teilzeit (15 h per week) in a Zalando Outlet Store, part of the Fashion Service Team, responsible for creating a perfect in‑store shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a smile, provide helpful and positive service. - Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are well‑stocked, attractive and inviting. - Handle all cash‑register operations professionally and efficiently. - Process complaints and returns quickly. - Deliver a lasting positive impression for customers. Qualifications: - Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (not mandatory). - Good command of German language. - Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
