Responsibility

• Carrying out repairs and performing regular maintenance on sanitary and bathroom-related products.

• Installing company products at various locations, including support for internal exhibitions and events.

• Providing professional, technically competent support to customers and end users.

• Collaborating closely with internal sales teams on customer quotations, focusing on technical aspects.

• Documenting work orders accurately and ensuring timely reporting within the organization.

• Managing external storage locations and spare parts inventories independently.

• Assessing and qualifying warranty claims based on technical findings and internal guidelines.

• Coordinating service orders and field service personnel with a focus on efficiency, scheduling, and cost management.
