Mandarin-speaking QA & Business Coordinator (m/f/d)

A leading Japanese company specializing in the development, production and distribution of innovative photoresists, polymers and photopolymers is seeking a Mandarin-speaking QA & Business Coordinator (m/f/d).

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support upcoming business activities with Taiwanese client. The selected candidate will play a central role in ensuring stable product quality, supply reliability, and smooth communication between our customers, OEM partners, and manufacturing sites within the company group.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer-facing Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding product quality and supply-related topics (both proactive and reactive).
• Manage customer communication in Mandarin and English, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
• Support issue resolution, including coordination of technical discussions and root-cause investigations.

2. Internal / OEM Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with OEM partners to address quality and supply matters for OEM-manufactured products.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, OEMs, and the company group to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites within the company group regarding quality assurance, supply stability, and preventive actions.

Job Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin – mandatory for customer communication.
• Business-level English; German or Japanese is a plus.
• Experience in quality assurance, technical customer service, or engineering roles (semiconductor or related high-tech industries preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to engage in both preventive and reactive business activities.
• Can Participate in Training Abroad (Asia).
