Your responsibilities
Procurement
- Take responsibility for strategic and operational purchasing of offshore equipment, spare parts, and services
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate framework and project-specific contracts
- Develop a structured and transparent procurement process in close cooperation with Finance & Administration
- Monitor costs and continuously optimize supply chain efficiency
Customs
- Ensure proper customs clearance for import and export of survey equipment, AUVs, ROVs, and specialized technology
- Serve as interface to freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal project teams
- Support the development and maintenance of internal customs procedures
Optional
- Basic knowledge of export control topics (EU Dual-Use, international trade regulations)
Your profile
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in customs clearance and procurement of technical goods
- (Optional) Familiarity with export control requirements can also be learned on the job
- Strong skills in ERP systems and excellent English proficiency (German or Danish a plus)
- Structured, independent way of working combined with strong negotiation and communication skills
