Senior Full Stack Engineer - Java

What you'll do

• Integrating mathematical optimization engines and Generative AI capabilities into production-grade enterprise applications (key part of this role)
• Design and implement end-to-end features across backend and frontend
• Build and evolve scalable microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot)
• Develop high-quality frontend applications using Vue.js
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support and mentor other engineers through technical guidance and feedback.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
• Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot;
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs at scale;
• Solid frontend experience with React or Vue;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Platform & Engineering Practices:
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps collaboration;
• Strong knowledge of testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end);
• Understanding of performance, security, and scalability principles
