TGA Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrical Works Manager) (m/f/d)

The TGA Site Manager will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects throughout Germany. This role involves overseeing subcontractors, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of building services installations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in MEP/TGA project management or site management.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and/or electrical systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent command of German and English
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
