OVERVIEW
An Indian top-notch unfunded real estate and infrastructure development company. With decades of experience developing urban mixed-use buildings in India. The company is known for its imaginatively conceptualised living and office spaces, detail-oriented planning, luxury, and energy-efficient design.

To improve company practices and standards, they would like to have a fixed-term contract consultant who can bring a new perspective, global practices, and international standards, including providing expert advisory on technical and hard services to the company to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification across all infrastructure assets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work under a fixed-term contract of 3 years in India (the company supports relocation)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building or manufacturing utilities and facilities management
  • Business level in English communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and improve services and technical maintenance strategies
  • Advise on maintaining facilities, establishing predictive maintenance models, and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor systems and infrastructure as well as conduct a comprehensive review of physical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, lifts, generators, UPS units, fire safety equipment, STPs, and other capital assets to evaluate current operating health.
  • Review technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including green building compliance, code adherence, statutory/regulatory requirements (EHS, Fire Emergency, STP, waste disposal)
  • Establish an advisory roadmap for achieving LEED Platinum certification
  • Conduct structured training sessions and workshops for technical staff and service providers on equipment handling, safety measures, statutory compliance, and LEED certification principles.
  • Evaluate and audit stakeholders (vendors, clients, residents, etc.) to identify improvement gaps, resolve operational issues, and provide corrective action plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • The incumbent is expected to have strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering
  • Proven experience in asset management from building or manufacturing sectors
  • Well-versed in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Open-minded and willing to work in a multicultural working environment

BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: 60,000€ - 90,000€ per annum (Open to discussion)
