Tasks

As a WORKING STUDENT for our team, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. I am supporting the future of Digital Hangar within the Agentic Engineering Delivery Team. What I’ll do:

• I support our Agentic Engineering Delivery Team in turning innovative AI ideas into practical solutions.
• I work across sub-workstreams such as Upskilling, Custom Agents, Tools, Security and Design Authority.
• I support the development, testing and improvement of AI agents, solutions and tools.
• I test AI tools and prototypes, document findings and provide structured feedback.
• I help prepare and execute trainings, workshops, hands-on sessions and hackathons.
• I help build and maintain a knowledge base with documentation, use cases and best practices.
• I work pragmatically and iteratively to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
• I work in an international environment at the intersection of AI, software engineering and business.

Requirements

What I’ll need:

• I am currently studying Informatics, Applied Informatics, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable degree program.
• I will be enrolled during the whole period of the working student contract.
• I have first internship or professional full-time experience.
• I can use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication.
• Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills.
• I have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Agentic Engineering and am excited to explore how AI agents can solve real-world problems.
• While a strong candidate has already been identified, we encourage qualified candidates who meet the requirements to apply.
