Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Record and reconcile bank transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
• Assist with VAT filings and tax-related documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Solid understanding of German accounting standards (HGB)
• Proficiency in accounting software such as DATEV, SAP, or similar
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Business-level English for internal communication
