Business Partner Sales Controlling Region Asia/Pacific (f/m/div.)
About this role
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of control processes with regard to our sales areas and interfaces to central departments.
- Coordinating ongoing forecasts and managing planning processes with countries and business units to improve top KPIs are also part of your responsibilities.
- As a business partner or specialist consultant for sales controlling for the Asia/Pacific region, you will contribute to the consolidation of KPI reporting in HC and the new parts of the company.
- You proactively define and drive measures, track their implementation, and coordinate closely with regional Sales units, product lines, and central departments.
Your profile
Education: completed MBA degree or equivalent, with a focus on Controlling and Corporate Management. Experience and Expertise: professional experience or relevant internships; experience in adapting corporate management approaches; experience with reporting in SAP BW applications and IBM Planning Analytics; very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); international experience is a plus. Personality and Working Style: you are able to analytically grasp complex issues and act in a results-oriented manner; you communicate clearly and persuasively, proactively contribute to the team, and work constructively with colleagues. Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus.
