One of the world’s largest suppliers of original equipment to vehicle manufacturers is looking for an Internal Auditor (m/f/d) in Munich.
Job Responsibilities
Your general mission will be developing an audit plan and conducting the audit. Summarizing and reporting the results. Communicating with the auditee and making improvements on the findings. Supporting the audit department manager on a daily business:
- Develop basic audit policies.
- Prepare an audit plan for the operations.
- Conduct audits of business operations.
- Reporting of audit results and improvements.
- Conduct fraud investigations.
- Cooperation of our Japan's auditors in conducting audits.
- Matter related to the maintenance, preservation and disposal of audit-related documents.
- Work in cooperation with the J-SOX Office in Japan.
- Perform general duties related to J-SOX (assessment of internal control over financial reporting).
- Responding to audit procedures by an auditing firm.
- Other special assignments.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the audit department is not required, but an interest in auditing, J-SOX, and business improvement is a must.
- Must have general business experience.
- Interest in auditing and J-SOX.
- Able to communicate and understand with stakeholders.
- Should be proactive in handling audit tasks and flexible with regards to helping the team (team player).
- Demonstrates trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, accurate, well organized.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Self-starter, pro-active, hands-on mentality, open-mindset and positive attitude
- A very good command of Japanese language skills for communication with Japan.
- High level of Business English skills (written and spoken)
