Your tasks

  • During your internship, you will be responsible for providing support for business and administrative tasks related to software operations and our Bosch Connected Industry office in Berlin.
  • You will assist with the analysis of project costs and budgeting activities for software operations.
  • Furthermore, you will gather system requirements and create easy-to-use, sustainable tools to calculate and track operational costs. You will also gather and interpret financial data to produce reports and metrics for the organization.
  • Moreover, you will support the development and implementation of cost control measures, and assist with the preparation of quotes, presentations, and project plans.
  • You will provide administrative support with miscellaneous topics for the office in Berlin and help to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes and activities in the team.
  • Finally, you will participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your profile

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. macros, pivots, lookups, VBA) and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Web Applications
  • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing data with precision, staying highly motivated and outgoing, communicating effectively in writing and speech, and managing your time well both independently and in a team
  • Enthusiasm: interested in learning more about Software DevOps topics
  • Languages: fluent in English and good in German

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
