Your Mission - As part of our Market HR Management Team for Europe and Overseas, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our ongoing business transformation.
You will:
- Create impactful presentations and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making across markets
- Align HR data internally at HQ and with Heads of HR in international markets
- Assist market managers with day-to-day HR topics including Compensation & Benefits, policy creation/adaptation and more
- Prepare and document team meetings with international HR leaders, capturing key insights and decisions
- Collaborate closely with market managers, senior executives, and cross-functional partners like the HR Reporting Team
The Intern can start working from September 2025.
Qualifications
- Studies in the field of HR-Management, Economics or comparable studies
- You’re fluent in English (German is a plus)
- You bring strong communication skills and a professional presence
- You have solid experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are known for your reliability and structured way of working
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care
