As AI Product Analyst (m/f/d) Pricing Knowledge Platform, you're a numbers whiz who loves cracking complex business problems — and, even more, loves building the AI that cracks them automatically next time. Your mission is to build every bit of that capability into our Pricing Knowledge Platform: an agentic AI framework that reads our pricing systems, turns code into business logic, and answers the whole organisation's questions with cited, always-current answers. Whatever you do by hand today, you teach the platform to do tomorrow — until you're orchestrating an agentic system that runs the analysis itself, all in a fun, international, diverse environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You deliver hands-on analysis for our international business, break down what's happening and why, advise leadership with clear, source-backed answers, and question existing processes to test better ideas
• You turn every manual task into the next automation, so each question you answer by hand becomes a capability you build into the platform, shrinking your manual queue month over month by design
• You build the agentic system, including onboarding, logic-extraction, and analytics agents, retrieval over our codebases and data, and source-grounded answers, extending the platform to new pricing systems and, ultimately, fully automated end-to-end onboarding
• You grow into orchestrating the system, moving from doing the analysis to designing and overseeing the agents that do it, owning the architecture of an autonomous knowledge-and-analytics system
• You build working prototypes and ship to production, covering data engineering, programming, modelling and conceptual development, while aligning with business, engineering, and data teams
• You keep it trustworthy by ensuring every answer cites its source, testing for accuracy, and documenting your findings

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: You have a university degree in an analytical subject such as operations research, data science, statistics, mathematics, business economics, engineering, or similar
• Experience: You have experience in quantitative analytics, including statistical analysis and modelling, and ideally ML/predictive analytics, gained in industry or academic research
• Background: You have gained first experience as a product/data analyst (m/f/d) in an agile, data-driven organisation, ideally with a pricing or revenue management background
• Tools: You have solid knowledge of Python or R, SQL, and Git, and you're driven to build with LLMs and AI agents, including retrieval, prompting, and agent orchestration
• Knowhow: You have a deep understanding of an underlying business need, how it can be modelled and implemented in a production codebase, and the implications of the decisions taken
• Softskills: You think like a builder who'd rather automate a task than repeat it, communicate with motivation and empathy, and collaborate well with software development teams and different stakeholders, with fluent English rounding off your profile
