Our team “Data & AI Lab After-Sales” is responsible for data, advanced analytics and AI topics in After-Sales including the roles of the data architect and AI architect.

Your tasks:
- Collaborate with experienced Data & AI architects and contribute to strategic architecture initiatives in a global enterprise environment
- Support architecture discussions, workshops and decision-making processes
- Create stakeholder-ready presentations and architecture artefacts
- Help drive Data & AI governance and architecture initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, business and data teams across the organization
- Own and deliver an independent deep-dive project with a focus on both architecture and implementation, e.g.: Automation of knowledge bases using LLM-based approaches, Automation in metadata management / data governance, AI-supported alerting automation for portfolio management
Your profile:
- Studies in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning — ideally with a focus on ML/AI or Data Engineering
- Solid command of Python
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and LLMs (e.g. via APIs, LangChain, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with Databricks is a plus, but not required
- Architecture/implementation experience from studies, open-source, or hobby projects is sufficient — no professional experience required
- Interest in responsible AI, governance and emerging AI regulations (e.g. EU AI Act)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, curiosity for new topics
- Very good English skills - German is a plus
