IT Specialist (m/f/d)

The European headquarter of a leading Japanese company in the drive technology sector is seeking an IT Specialist (m/f/d) in Neuss.
The company has evolved into a worldwide market leader in the field of transmission technology. The Neuss-based subsidiary is responsible for sales and logistics of the European market and their comprehensive product portfolio includes belts and pulleys for the most diverse applications for all kinds of industrial and agricultural sectors, providing customized design and manufacturing solutions tailored to the specific needs of the customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration, Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Windows Client- and Server-Systems

• Administration of Windows Server applications (for example user administration in Active Directory)

• Error search, analysis and elimination, also in coordination with external partners

• Primary internal contact for all questions regarding everyday questions and issues concerning hard- and software

• Participation in various IT projects

• Administrative tasks, such as regular documentation and reporting

• General IT management in MBE

• Maintenance efforts of TISAX certification

• Setup of a log analysis system with CheckMK

• Update security software

• Improve SAP business (contact with support providers)

• Renewal of the WMS system

• Renewal of the EDI system for automotive industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified IT-Specialist / IT-Administrator (IHK) / similar qualifications

• Well-grounded in the Microsoft office package

• Knowledge of information security management systems preferred (ISO27001, TISAX)

• Knowledge of software CheckMK preferred

• Proficiency in English and German language

• Clean criminal record certificte
