Your responsibilities
- Participating in the development of the Regional IT strategy, ensuring measurability and strategic options in coordination with the IT management team
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring of MX-wide and regional IT transformation initiatives
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with IT transformation, as well as development of risk mitigation strategies
- Preparing, implementing, moderating, and following-up of MX-wide IT committees and strategy-related workshops with the IT management team
- Supporting the implementation of necessary changes as part of the IT transformation, including the use of new technologies, introduction of new working methods, and mindset
- Identifying and implementing new digital technologies, business models, and customer experiences in close coordination with the IT management team
- Strengthen regular communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the required transparency regarding progress and requirements coverage
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT strategy consulting/management consulting
- Independent and structured way of working, enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork paired with strong communication and moderation skills as well as diplomatic skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to process complex information
- Independence and a proactive approach to tasks
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of basic office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, AI Tools, etc.)
