Design and implement state-of-the-art analytical frameworks and methodologies that tackle complex, ambiguous business problems with organization-wide impact
Serve as the technical subject matter expert in analytics, leading end-to-end complex analytical projects and translating findings into compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making
Define and champion evidence-based decision making, analytical standards, documentation practices, and result-sharing methodologies within the organization
Mentor your stakeholders on data-driven best practises, analysts within your team to raise the bar, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, and actively contribute to evolving the analytics community while staying at the forefront of industry developments
7+ years of experience in product analytics with demonstrated expertise in user behavior analysis, product metrics frameworks, and digital customer journey optimization
Deep understanding of experimental design and A/B testing methodologies specifically for digital products, with proven track record of implementing sophisticated product analytics approaches that drove measurable business outcomes
Exceptional skill in translating product analytics insights into strategic product recommendations that have influenced significant product decisions at senior leadership levels
Extensive experience with product analytics frameworks and proficiency in programming languages (preferably Python, SQL, DataBricks) for advanced product usage pattern analysis.
