Senior Business Analyst – Customer Insights (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You develop and implement advanced machine learning models to predict churn probabilities, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and customer lifetime value
• Using complex pattern analysis, you identify the underlying causes behind customer issues and derive concrete optimization opportunities
• You translate complex data analyses into compelling storyboards and decision frameworks for top management to directly influence SIXT's strategic direction
• You actively leverage cutting-edge AI development tools (such as Cursor) to make your analysis pipelines and Python scripts more efficient and scalable
• You won't work in an isolated data silo: you're directly embedded in the business unit, experiencing firsthand how your analyses translate into real business actions

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Quantitative Background: You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable field with a strong focus on analytics
• Tech Stack & Python: You're an expert in Python and proficient with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and you master SQL at a senior level for complex data modeling
• Machine Learning Expertise: You possess solid experience applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to real business cases
• AI & Tool Affinity: You're ahead of the curve, using AI-powered coding editors like Cursor to boost productivity and have a passion for the modern data stack ecosystem
• Business Acumen & Communication: You possess the ability to present complex technical matters precisely and appropriately for stakeholders, acting as a persuasive advisor
