Senior Data Engineer (all genders)

Role: Senior Data Engineer Team: CRM domain, greenfield Databricks Lakehouse project. Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT), transforming raw data from Salesforce, Redshift, and Datalake into a high-quality Medallion architecture. - Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision, configure, and secure the Databricks workspace and Unity Catalog, enforcing GDPR and PII compliance. - Lead implementation of data monitoring dashboards and BI solutions (Databricks SQL/MicroStrategy). - Architect bi-directional data flow for CRM activation (Reverse ETL) and advanced customer forecasting. - Act as technical design authority, mentor colleagues, review code, and ensure engineering best practices. Qualifications: - 5+ years as Data Engineer, with 3+ years in Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake in production. - Proven experience with enterprise CRM systems. - Proficiency in Terraform, advanced Python, CI/CD for ETL/ELT pipelines, ML infrastructure (MLflow, Databricks Genie). - Expert knowledge in data governance, security, and quality management (Unity Catalog, PII handling). - High initiative, intrinsic motivation, and English fluency.
