Lead with Purpose: Steer a product-driven engineering team, ensuring efficient delivery cycles and embedding a philosophy of continuous improvement in all processes.

Active Collaboration: Manage stakeholder communication and cross-team dependencies, working closely with Product leaders and Product Designers to strategize, design, and execute end-to-end solutions.

Architect & Prioritize: Take ownership of critical architectural decisions, actively engaging in the development and refinement of internal tools. Collaborate closely with your team to shape the technical roadmap, ensuring that each decision is well-documented and communicated. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging thoughtful debate and learning from past incidents to drive the evolution of both tools and practices.

Proven Engineering Leadership: An innovative leader with 3+ years of experience in managing and developing high-performing engineering teams, with a clear track record of delivering impactful results.
