YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You lead and coordinate our Tech Stop team at our headquarters in Pullach
  • With your team you provide technical support in daily operations as well as on-site support for end users, including VIP support
  • You develop, standardize and document efficient support processes
  • You identify and analyze structural problems and coordinate with departments to find solutions
  • You manage incidents and escalations

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You successfully completed an apprenticeship in IT and gained several years of work experience, such as in systems integration
  • Leadership In addition, you bring leadership as well as project management experience
  • Solution-Orientation Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach are a matter of course for you
  • Adaptability You show high adaptability to new processes, technologies, and challenges
  • Tools Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
  • Communication You have excellent communication skills in German and English, with confidence in interacting with management and stakeholders
