In the MB.OS Customer Experience area, we offer you the opportunity to become part of a highly innovative team. Together, we are working on the MBUX multimedia system, one of the world's leading in-car software solutions that revolutionizes the driving experience.

As a working student, you will support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in ensuring the smooth collaboration of around 160 developers and UI/UX designers. With your commitment, you contribute to the efficient implementation of agile working methods and help our teams stay on track. You assist in organizing regular planning meetings and syncs, setting up metrics, and preparing reports. Your contribution has a direct impact on the success of a project that will sustainably shape the automotive world.

These challenges await you, among others:

  • Participation in the RTE's operational daily business
  • Support in the planning, preparation, and follow-up of Program Interval (PI) Planning: Organization of a quarterly planning event
  • Promotion of continuous improvement: Support in optimizing agile processes and fostering a positive error culture
  • Analysis of agile release train performance: Tracking goals and milestones by creating, maintaining, and analyzing metrics in Agile Hive & EazyBi
  • Independent maintenance of Way of Working documentation in Confluence
  • Editorial management of internal communication and creation of appealing presentations in German and English
  • Promotion of a culture of trust and transparency

Working students can start working from September 2025.

Qualifications
  • You are studying industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, business informatics, or an engineering-related field such as computer science/software development, psychology, cognitive science, or a comparable subject
  • You have proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (especially Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have experience with Jira (Agile Hive) and Confluence, knowledge of BI analysis tools (advantageous), and experience with digital whiteboards (such as Mural) and survey tools (such as Menti)
  • You are a team player and communicate openly and friendly
  • You have a confident demeanor, analytical and strategic thinking, quick adaptation to complex topics, and an interest in future technologies
  • Additionally, you bring a high level of initiative and willingness to perform

Further requirements:

  • You already have experiences with agile working methods according to SAFe and understand how SCRUM and Kanban teams operate
  • A German Class B driver's license is advantageous
