Junior Compliance Manager (all genders)

Role: Junior Compliance Manager (all genders) Team: Corporate Compliance team, responsible for maintaining the group-wide Compliance Management System, ensuring internal employee-facing processes comply with legal requirements such as anti-corruption regulations. Responsibilities: - Support colleagues as the internal point of contact for compliance-related requests, providing solution-oriented advice. - Manage end-to-end internal compliance investigations, from case intake to fact-finding and implementation of improvement measures. - Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies. - Carry out compliance trainings, ensuring information is in accordance with applicable laws and standards. - Support compliance reports to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Academic degree in Law (Master's or State Examination). - First professional experience in Compliance, ideally in a fast-paced, innovative environment. - Understanding of legal and compliance industry standards (e.g., anti-corruption regulations, IDW PS 980, ISO 37001). - Analytical mind, able to break down complex situations to provide practical solutions. - Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, precise and target-group oriented. - Strong organisational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
