What can you expect?

  • You take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, with a focus on enterprise clients in the DACH region
  • You craft and implement sales strategies to promote our company's CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities
  • You build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges
  • You collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience
  • You represent our company at industry events and conferences, becoming a trusted ambassador of our brand and solutions

What should you bring along?

  • You have 1-3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development for B2B SaaS solutions
  • You are fluent in German (native-level) and have strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • You have experience with Maintenance or Service-related processes, which is a plus
