About this role

You develop and execute the French go-to-market and sales strategy to drive growth with fleets, parking operators, and charging infrastructure partners.

You build and manage strong relationships with key partners in France — fleets, transport associations, operators, and strategic accounts.

You acquire and onboard new customers, you negotiate contracts, and you ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

You utilize your creativity and freedom to capture market impulses and translate them into concrete initiatives for product, operations, and strategy.

You continuously observe and analyze the French logistics and parking market, competitor trends, and regulatory developments to derive measures that achieve sales and profitability goals.

Your profile

Personality:

  • Entrepreneurial drive, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for digital innovations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, reliability, and assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.

Experience and Working Style:

  • Several years of experience in sales or business development in logistics, transport, mobility, or IoT.
  • Proven ability to win and grow accounts in the French market.
  • Experience working in a remote, multinational setup is a plus.
  • You operate in a structured, results-oriented manner and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • You are accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and setting priorities effectively.

Education:

  • A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Languages:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French (native or equivalent) and English.
