WITH FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (m/f/d)
IN FULL TIME (37,5 h/Week) FOR OUR ZARA STORE IN HAMBURG!

  • Create a positive customer experience by continuously improving customer service and optimizing processes.
  • Analyze customer profiles and develop strategies tailored to their specific needs.
  • “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork” – With your positive attitude and strong communication skills, you consistently motivate your team.
  • Identify potential in your team members and support their development through personalized training in collaboration with the management team.
  • Regularly analyze KPIs to keep budget and sales targets for your departments in sight. Based on your insights, you implement the right measures to achieve our business goals.
  • Our operational guidelines and innovative in-house technologies help you ensure a smooth merchandise flow and highlight our products in the best possible way.
  • Stay in close contact with your Area Team and participate regularly in training sessions.
  • Lead by example – as a role model and leader, you represent ZARA internally to your colleagues and externally to our customers!
