- Construction sites throughout Germany (2–3 site visits per month)

LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany
Estimator (Construction) Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for cost calculation of turnkey building construction projects
- Creation of 3D models using Allplan (Nemetschek)
- Budget calculation for turnkey projects using 3D models and Nevaris or comparable tools
- Preparation of service specifications using BIM software in accordance with German standards (VOB / BGB / DIN)
- Obtaining, reviewing, and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Participation in contract award discussions with clients and subcontractors
- Identification and evaluation of risks, opportunities, and cost increases
- Preparation of supplementary calculations in cooperation with operational project teams
- Collaboration with internal departments and external parties (clients, planners, subcontractors)
- Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor services
- Development of alternative proposals and special solutions
- Regular visits to construction sites across Germany
Estimator (Construction) Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, further training as a Construction Technician, or comparable technical qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a cost estimator
- Solid experience in turnkey building construction (industrial, commercial, or residential)
- Strong knowledge of BIM, 3D modelling, and costing software (Nemetschek Allplan preferred)
- High level of technical and commercial understanding with a strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and analytical working style
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset, with assertiveness when required
- Able to work under pressure and remain calm in demanding situations
- Willingness to travel within Germany (2–3 times per month)
- Native level German and advanced level English is required
- IT Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Allplan, Nemetschek, Nevaris
