YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- As part of the Global Quality Management team, you take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction across our international markets
- You conduct on-site audits at our largest SIXT branches worldwide — ensuring premium brand standards, outstanding customer service, and consistent process adherence
- You lead global projects with a focus on Customer Experience, collaborating closely with country organizations and/or franchise partners
- You drive the continuous development of our quality tools and define new processes and SOPs to elevate our service standards
- You proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality in our branches and turn them into concrete, measurable improvements
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education: You hold a degree with a focus on business, economics, or a related field — giving you the academic foundation to think strategically about quality and customer experience
- Experience: You already have professional experience in quality management, customer experience, or branch operations — ideally gained in the service or mobility industry
- Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy working directly with branch managers and teams on the ground, turning improvement ideas into tangible operational results
- Analytical Mindset: You work independently, prioritize effectively, and bring a structured, process-oriented approach to everything you do
- Communication & Teamwork: You are a confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and knows how to consistently motivate yourself and stakeholders across different cultures and hierarchies
- Tools & Languages: You are proficient in MS Office and communicate fluently in English — German is a plus
