Strategic Development: Design and execute operational strategies for Germany0s energy sector, collaborating with senior leaders to optimize market positioning.
Project Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning market evaluation, trading approaches, and business expansion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration with international operations.
Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities in the German renewable energy landscape.
Regulatory Insights: Track and assess policy changes impacting the German onshore wind industry, providing key strategic recommendations.

What We0re Looking For

A degree in engineering, energy, business, economics, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with exposure to strategy, operations, or consulting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in German and English;
