YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You develop and maintain a comprehensive view of commercial performance, acting as the central point across Corporate, Retail, and Leisure segments
• You conduct detailed observations and analyses of our customer segments and channels, leading to specific actions and decisions based on the information gathered
• You also coordinate the execution of strategy and monitor outcomes, making adaptations wherever required
• You create strategic frameworks for channel prioritization and optimization across segments
• You coordinate with the Pricing team to develop cross-channel pricing strategies with Franchise partners
• You assess cannibalization risks between channels

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have gathered experience in commercial strategy, business development, management consulting, or related strategic roles
• AI Knowledge: You can employ an AI-first approach to analyze data, channel performance, pricing, and competitive dynamics. Advancing beyond operational optimization to identify strategic accelerators that drive commercial performance and accelerate franchisee development
• Stakeholder Management: You have proven experience working across multiple business units or segments as well as driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Tools: You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and are strong in visualizing complex issues during management meetings and external presentations
• Analytical Skills: You have a strong analytical mindset and distinct understanding of numbers. Familiarity with target group segmentation, competition analysis, profit optimization, and exceptional motivation to expand knowledge
• Language: You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
