Corporate Development & Strategy

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization
• You create comprehensive process documentation and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization
• You work on global and cross-functional projects, applying a hands-on approach to implement sustainable solutions from concept to rollout
• You define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data-driven decision-making
• You manage diverse stakeholders on all levels by communicating and advising on complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different teams and departments
• You lead global project workstreams using Six Sigma, process optimization, or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background You have 5+ years of professional experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar operational excellence role, and hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Master's or higher)
• Methodological expertise You possess solid knowledge of Six Sigma or Scrum frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills You have a strong background in data and process analysis, allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights
• Stakeholder management You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures at all levels
• Technical skills You are proficient in workshop facilitation, process mapping, and requirements management
• Language skills You have excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
