Would you like to support our team in the complex planning of safety training courses and work with us to ensure a smooth training process on site? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks

You certainly won't get bored in training planning: in addition to planning long-term training requests, time-critical planning adjustments are also part of your day-to-day business. In OPS Management, you will also be responsible for the administration of trainees, their certification and much more

  • Accepting and checking training requests and system-supported planning (currently via MINT)
  • Coordination of dates and coordination of the scope of services with external cooperation partners, training service providers and internal interfaces
  • Transmission of alternative training dates or process variants to our customers
  • Contact for short-term planning issues and daily rescheduling
  • Being the reference person for service billing to clarify planning-related issues
  • Preparing and provisioning training documents for the start of training
  • Issuing, sending and archiving training certificates
  • Administration of trainees in the Learning Management System (LMS) and troubleshooting
  • Coordination of communication in IRREG cases

Requirements

In addition to a high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm for aviation, you should have the following qualities to complement our team in the best possible way:

  • Specialized/general university entrance qualification or successfully completed vocational training in the commercial/office management sector or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Planning skills and strong combination skills
  • Target group-oriented communication and strong teamwork skills
  • Commitment and high flexibility
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Organizational skills as well as a systematic and conscientious way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office and the usual communication channels
  • Knowledge of training management and learning management systems is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and sound knowledge of English
