Creator Manager - Sports (all genders)

Role Join Zalando’s Creator Management team as a Creator Manager – Sports. You will independently manage a high‑impact portfolio of sport creators and athletes, develop and execute content strategies, and use data to optimise performance. You will own creator selection, onboarding and reporting, and help shape the creator community across Zalando platforms. Responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end relationships with sport creators and athletes, driving brand‑building and audience growth. - Lead complex cross‑functional projects and campaigns for sports marketing, coordinating timelines and stakeholders. - Shape and improve creator management processes, handling contracting, compensation and tooling, and provide feedback to product and tech teams. - Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, helping them leverage Zalando’s creator toolsets and gathering feedback. - Translate platform trends and consumer behaviour into briefs for creators, ensuring culturally relevant, high‑engagement content. - Analyse performance data, run engagement tests and report on portfolio results to inform broader campaign optimisation. Qualifications - 5+ years experience in sports marketing, activewear, fashion or influencer marketing. - Proven track record managing sport creators or athletes and building relationships with agencies. - Strong understanding of creator economy, social platforms and data‑driven content optimisation. - Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership and organisational skills. - Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. - Passion for sports, fitness and activewear, with a growth mindset and ability to mentor junior team members.
