A well-known Japanese marketing and production company specializing in sales promotion planning and event production across Europe is currently looking for a Junior Experience Producer (m/f/d) for its Frankfurt entity.
The role involves supporting a wide range of experiential marketing and event projects for international clients, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.

Job Responsibilities
Budget management & supplier management for media projects
Support in the creation, planning and implementation of events, including
participation in tenders (pitch preparation)
Contact and coordination of all suppliers and service providers
On-site management of events to ensure smooth running

Job Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on events, marketing & communication or similar
Several years of professional experience as a event/project management staff or assistant in advertisement/produce/marketing agency
Very good Microsoft Excel skills
Business fluent German and English
Team player with a flexible approach to work and a proactive attitude
Good communication skills and customer focus
Willingness to travel
