THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The ZEOS Logistics department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By unifying and collaborating these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfillment solution to meet our partners' needs and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.

As the Head of GTM and Marketing for ZEOS, you will be the strategic force behind our brand's presence and market penetration. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to shape our narrative, drive our go-to-market strategy, and establish ZEOS as a thought leader in the B2B logistics and software space.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You will translate ZEOS strategy, value proposition, and product roadmap into cohesive GTM and marketing plans.
  • You will empower the product marketing team to translate business objectives into impactful product launches by setting the strategic direction for GTM excellence.
  • You will define and own the long-term brand vision and architecture for ZEOS, guiding the brand strategy and content team to build a powerful and consistent narrative.
  • You will establish the strategic pillars for our thought leadership platform, setting the agenda to position ZEOS at the forefront of the industry.
  • You will drive the marketing operations strategy to build a scalable, data‑driven foundation, and align with the Revenue Operations function on common priorities.
  • You will provide functional and people management for the team of eight marketing managers, fostering their growth through coaching, performance management, and development planning.
  • You will drive operational excellence across the marketing organization by overseeing the annual planning and budget allocation process.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the technology, SaaS, or logistics sector, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Prior direct experience in brand strategy and product marketing is essential.
  • You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing and executing GTM plans, portfolio positioning, and overarching brand strategy.
  • You are an experienced people leader, passionate about coaching and developing teams to achieve their full potential.
  • You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align with senior executives and external partners.
  • You have a hands‑on mentality, capable of navigating both high‑level strategy and operational details within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • You are a self‑starter with a strong focus on driving business results, with experience managing budgets, resources, and multiple high‑stakes projects with firm deadlines.
