Senior Strategic Creator Projects (all genders)

Role: Join Zalando’s Creator Management team as a Senior Strategic Projects Manager to help shape how the company plans, activates, and scales its creator community. You will lead complex, end-to-end strategic initiatives, navigate high ambiguity to build scalable models, and set up governance standards to drive success. Responsibilities: - Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives across the business, including designing new operating models and creator frameworks. - Design and scale creator strategies by translating platform trends and consumer behavior into actionable content strategies. - Define core processes and frameworks in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams. - Drive operational standards by identifying opportunities for excellence, experimenting with new tooling, and optimizing ways of working. - Champion the creator experience by gathering feedback and implementing new strategic management initiatives. - Analyze performance data and champion engagement testing to turn insights into repeatable, large-scale process changes. Qualifications: - 7+ years of relevant work experience in project management within fashion, lifestyle, or influencer marketing. - Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end strategic projects from conception to execution. - Deep understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and experience working with product teams on creator tools. - Strong analytical skills and ability to build SOPs for operational and tooling improvements. - Exceptional organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Fluency in English; growth mindset and interest in fashion, sport, or beauty.
