Your responsibilities
We are offering an exciting Volontariat in Corporate Communications, where you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication teams and strategies, newsroom content management, data-driven storytelling, and KPI analysis while working closely with cross‑functional teams. You will report to the Director of Internal & External Communications.
To develop your understanding of media relations and external plus internal target groups, you will assist in the internship programme with the following tasks:
Support the development and execution of communication strategies across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
Assist in managing global newsroom content planning, optimize global roll‑out processes and support regional and global initiatives for internal and external COM. Tasks include creating and editing content such as blog articles, video formats, and social media posts from concept to final product.
Assist in media and stakeholder engagement by preparing briefings, organizing events, and supporting the creation of media materials; collaborate with internal teams to gather insights that optimize communication efforts and processes.
Assist in internal communication formats and channel development.
Learn to conduct monitoring and KPI analysis to evaluate communication effectiveness and provide actionable insights and identify optimization potential for each channel and content type to support consultations with corporate communication teams.
Help identifying, implementing and optimizing corporate communication tools for internal and external COM. Train other team members in using these tools and gather their feedback for improvements.
Your profile
University degree (or in final stages of study) in communications, business, or related fields and first experience in corporate communications, journalism, or related fields.
Strong writing and editing skills in German and English, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in media monitoring, KPI tracking, and data‑driven storytelling. Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media, and content management systems is an advantage.
Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as initiative and motivation to perform to high standards in a demanding environment, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule.
You have an open multi‑cultural attitude, preferably with experience in an international organization or abroad.
