Join our Marketing Performance and Governance team at Mercedes‑Benz, where we are looking for motivated interns who share our passion for innovation and excellence. In our team, you’ll experience a dynamic environment that combines enthusiasm with a strong focus on data, analysis, and strategic thinking.

Your main responsibilities will include supporting the development, creation, and coordination of reports that analyze and measure the success of major car launches and campaigns—deriving key insights and recommendations for each project. In addition, you will contribute to the annual, strategy‑driven budget planning process for all headquarters‑related marketing and communication activities.

From your new role, you can expect:

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Qualifications

Ideally, you bring the following:

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics).
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) and strong German language abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with an affinity for AI‑based data analysis (experience with M365 Copilot is a plus).
  • A strong analytical and strategic mindset, paired with teamwork, initiative, and reliability.
  • High motivation, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute ideas for improving business processes.

Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
