Assistant Store Manager (all genders) Hamburg

Role: Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Hamburg, responsible for optimal staffing of the area and, in the absence of store management, for the entire store. Leads and develops up to 20 employees and contributes to the store’s economic success. Responsibilities: - Ensure optimal merchandise management of the floor. - Develop measures to improve KPIs. - Create an ideal shopping atmosphere from the customer’s perspective. - Handle 360° personnel matters including hiring, scheduling, training and onboarding. - Lead a team of up to 20 staff members. - Contribute to continuous development and economic performance of the store. Qualifications: - Several years of retail experience. - Completed commercial apprenticeship. - Experience in leading employees (development, feedback, scheduling, vacation planning). - Initiative, decision‑making strength and strong organizational skills. - Good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant KPIs with ability to derive actions.
