Role: Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Hamburg Responsibilities: - Optimally manage your area and, in the absence of Store Management, the entire store. - Responsible for the personal and professional development of up to 20 employees. - As part of the Store Management Team, contribute significantly to the economic success of the store and its continuous development. - Together with your team of up to 20, ensure optimal merchandise management and develop measures to improve KPIs. - View the store from the customer's perspective and create an ideal shopping atmosphere with your employees. - Handle 360° personnel topics, from hiring to KPI-based scheduling to training and onboarding of new employees. - Live Zalando's values through transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership. Qualifications: - Several years of professional experience in retail and completed commercial training. - Experience in leading employees (development, feedback discussions, scheduling and vacation planning). - Initiative, decisiveness, and organizational skills. - Good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant KPIs including derivation of measures.
