Join the Central Europe Distribution Team in a dual role as Product Support Operations Rep(PSOR) / Marketing & Sales Operations Rep(MSOR) focusing on the Power & Energy segment. This is a mid‑level to senior individual contributor role with regional responsibility, requiring an experienced professional who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence dealer organizations, and drive capability and capacity development to enable profitable growth outcomes. You will be responsible for the overall development of Cat dealer product support and marketing and sales capabilities and capacity in the region, ensuring dealers adhere to and deploy related processes. This position will focus on Parts & Service Operations and growth capabilities in the areas of Sales Funnel Management, Condition Monitoring Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience.
The Central Europe Distribution Team is focused on delivering superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. Our expanded EAME team provides governance and administration of Cat dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
Role Definition:
PSOR: Advising dealers on product support initiatives and dealer and customer‑related strategies, systems, and processes related to the Power & Energy segment.
MSOR: Advising dealers on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer and customer‑related strategies, systems, and processes related to the Power & Energy segment.
PSOR Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvements in dealer capabilities aligned with product support operations excellence programs, acting as a regional subject matter advisor for Power & Energy product support operations.
Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth, proactively identifying gaps and recommending improvement actions.
Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of organizational products, programs, and dealer operating models, serving as a point of reference within the Central Europe Distribution Team.
MSOR Responsibilities
Answer inquiries and resolve complex issues regarding business plan execution, operational improvement, and achievement of commercial targets.
Consult with dealer leadership and commercial teams to assess, challenge, and improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development and services growth agenda.
Govern dealer execution of programs that increase sales effectiveness and improve customer experience, ensuring alignment with regional and global standards.
What You Will Bring
Professional Experience:Several years of professional experience (minimum 7 years) with increasing responsibility in the power, energy, and/or construction industries, gained in operational, commercial, sales, or marketing environments.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, influencing outcomes across multiple dealer organizations without direct authority.
Experience working in a regional or multi‑country environment, advising or governing commercial, product support, or operational processes.
Languages: Business fluent English and German (spoken and written).
Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification (e.g. relevant professional training with equivalent experience).
Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix and cross‑functional organization.
Mobility:Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%, mainly within Germany and the wider region.
Additional Information:
Work Location: This position requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
